Manual uninstall Professional 18.0 for Delphi Berlin 10.1?

Hi,

I managed to get the installation in a corrupt state. How can I uninstall
manually?
The installer / uninstaller get to a step where it shows an error:


Report Builder Professional 18.0 for Delphi 10.1 Berlin

Error

Could not access network location NO$KEYRBuilder


I searched the registry and file system but could not find any remains of
this reportbuilder!
I DID change my computer name since the install. Could that have caused a
problem?
