returning to subreport after previewing

When I work on a subreport, and I preview the report, RB 7.04 does NOT
return to the subreport I was working on. It goes al the way back to the
MainTab.

This is driving me crazy, because I have 22 subreports (due to the strange
event firing behavior of RB to summarize totals).

Is there a patch or workaround for this?

I know I placed this question before and the answer of Digit. Met. was:
that should not happen.

But it does and I cannot find my question anymore on the newsgroup. So:
again the same question.

Hi Rob,

Sorry, I didn't not realize you were using RB 7.04. This issue was
addressed for RB 9. You will need to upgrade your version of ReportBuilder
to receive the fix.

No, I can't upgrade, because RB is a part of a big system. They (my company)
are preparing a new release for the end of the month.
There will be no changes at all (no upgrades also form 3th party software)
until this release is tested, stamped and released.

So I have to live with it for a while.
