Resize Paper

I have created my reports to A4 size but we have now got an overseas clients
who wants to print them all in Letter, as a result part of the reports are
cut off and shift to the right.Is there a way to resize etc them based on a
regional setting etc. As there are over 300 reports I do not want to
redesign them

Hi Vanessa,

Unfortunately there is no built in way to move all components that do not
fit into alloted paper space. There are two options...

1. Create a report object loop which checks the position and size of each
component on your report and if it falls outside the paper dimentions, moves
that component within the boundaries. See the article below on how to loop
through each object in a report.

2. If you are using RB 9 or later, the Anchors feature has been added to
automatically keep each component the same distance away from the edge of
the report that it is anchored to regardless the size of the paper or band.
Anchoring to the bottom in your case would solve the problem.
