Calc Tab Showing when not defined

I set the RAPInterface and RapOptions in code depending on a $Define.
However the Calc Tab shows up even if I include only the dialog in the
RapInterface. It does set the correct RapOptions. I want to control if
users get the Calc Dialog only or both the Calc Dialog and Calc Tab.
