Canvas does not allow drawing

Hi,

V6.03, under what conditions would a user receive this error when trying to
run a report to screen?

"error - cannot generate report. Canvas does not allow drawing."

Hi Alex,

This could happen if your user does not have direct access to the video
driver or to a printer driver for an installed printer. This could also be
an issue with RB 6.03. I would recommend upgrading your version of
ReportBuilder and seeing if the issue still exists.
