Is there a sample to build an own end user designer?
I want that the user only design the headerband, without the complexity
of a whole report.
Trying to build it with the designer controls (TppWorkspace,
TppDesignControlManager) ends in many AVs.

- RB is not designed to support the creation of your own custom report
designer. It is not our intent to support customers in undertaking that type
of solution.
- It is possible to customize the designer options that are available to the
end-user. Here is an example of customizing the menu and toolbars.
