Report Tree Splitter disabled in RB 10.04

In RB 10.04 end-user designer the Report Tree splitter between the
Report Outline and the Object Inspector becomes disabled if you
de-select the Object Inspector:

With the Report Outline and Object Inspector selected:

- Right-click the Report Tree and deselect the Object Inspector (leave
the Report Outline selected).
- Pull the splitter between the Object Inspector and the Report Outline
upwards so that the Report Outline is no longer visible.
- Try to expand the Report Outline: - The splitter cannot be dragged.

Note: Could you make the splitter at least 5 pixels?
