end-user designer question

edited March 2007 in End User
I hope this is the right place to ask. If not, please move appropriately.

I cant find a way to set the fieldname for DBText component in TppDesigner.
Right click menu allows to set various appearance options, but not the
fieldname.

Am i missing something?

Thanks,
Eugene.

The way to set it is in a menubar of the Designer. You will have to edit
box; one for the name on the component, and the other for the FieldName.

ReportBuilder 10 includes a much improved report designer. There is an
object inspector that can be used to set the properties in the same manner
as you do in Delphi. It supports multi-selection, filtering the common
properties like Delphi does. Multiple Undo/Redo support, XP style toolbars,
menus, and tool windows, built-in email support, the list is extensive...
Trial version can be downloaded from our web site.
