ReportExplorer and Data-Tab

Hello,

I have a problem by using the Report Explorer with my FireBird Database.
When I create an new report from the ReportExplorer I miss the "Data"
Tab witch allows me to add data-pipelines for my Report.

When I start the demo project found in "{RBuilder}\Demos\4. EndUser
Databases\InterBase" the Data Tab is available and I don't find any
differences to my own Project.

I'm sure I only miss a little detail but I can't find it . So what
have I to do, to get this important Part of the Designer?
