Canvas does not allow drawing

?This error appears in our software that uses an embedded RB10
document. It only appears on certain desktops, so I gather that
something has to be updated on this particular PC?

    Hi Daneel,

    The exception 'Canvas does not allow drawing' occurs when RB cannont access
    the printer. Typically this is thrown when there is no default printer
    installed or RB cannot access a network printer driver.

    Are you a registered user of ReportBuilder or are you using a piece of
    software that contains ReportBuilder?
