timing on groups

I have a variable in the group footer that continues to add all the groups,
rather than each one on it's own. Someone suggested right clicking over the
varaible & select timing. I've looked everwhere, but can't see "timing"
anywhere. I'm using Report builder, I've looked in the Calc tab, clicking
over the varaible. I can only see "compile" or "delete" as choices, then in
the design tab I don't see "timing" in there either.

Any suggestions?

Hi Chris,

The timing dialog can be accessed from the popup menu of the TppVariable
component inside the Design window (Design tab). Simply select "Timing"
from the popup menu and you can adjust when the variable will reset and
calculate its value.
