Email not sending

Hi, I have an older version of Report Builder (version 15.03 build 87). My end user's email server changed to Microsoft 365 and now the emails do not send out. His default email client doesn't launch automatically. Any suggestions?

Please consider upgrading to the latest version of ReportBuilder. The email feature has been enhanced over the years to support modern email servers.
