Report Bulder is not working in latest Delphi Rio (Update 1). One package can't be loaded in Delphi. I tried to reinstall Report Builder, but is not working.
ReportBuilder 19.03 is fully compatible with Delphi 10.3 Update 1. The error you are getting deals with the RB/TeeChart package that is built during installation. The main reason is that TeeChart is not installed.
You can manually install the package using the RBTeeChart Package Builder by following the instructions in the article below.
