License expired

I just recently installed RB 19 into RAD Studio 10.2. The ReportBuilder information says "Subscription Status: Expired 2017-07-18", yet Lisa Ford sent me an email on 2017-09-05 that said our subscription is good until 2018-08-17.
What has to be done to fix this?

Hi Tom,

You likely used an older serial number when installing RB 19. Be sure you are using the new serial number provided when you purchased an updated subscription.

To update the serial number, you can either re-install ReportBuilder or use the Help | About option from the report designer at Delphi design-time.

The problem is that I never got a newer number than what I had since V17. I send a message to info@digital-metahphors that has my original serial number and "my guess" for the V19 installation. Can someone send me the correct number? (If it got sent to purchasing at Tenova -- I never got it.)

Hi Tom,

I just sent you an email with your current serial number. Be sure that you are able to receive emails from info@digital-metaphors.com as it may have been filtered by your server.
