multiple memos inside a region

I have three dbMemo fields, one on top of the other, inside a region. I need
the bottom two memos to be able to stretch and shift relative to the memo
above it. But if i select strech property the shiftrelativeto property is
greyed out and when i print the top memo prints on top of the second memo
because the second doesnt shift. any suggestions?

Currently, the ShiftRelativeTo is not supported inside of a region. One
solution is to remove all three memos from the region.
