Components shifts after copy, paste, drag and drop
I have a report that will have 4 or 5 sections of repeated components. The
components (a label and a region x12) are beginning layed out to create a
form that will be filled out by hand.
Is there a way to layout the components and the have them show up on down
the sheet?
What I'm doing now to cheat (?) is a copy, paste, drag and drop to a lower
point. But the problem I get is that all of the labels position shifts up
and left. They can be moved manually but is this a bug with the trail
version 5.55?
Thank you
Tom

toolbar area at the top of the designer and choose it from the popup menu,
When the region is copied, it copies all of the components inside of the
region. When you select the region and change its position on the layout,
all of the components inside of it should move as well. I am not very sure
what the problem is as you have described it. I'll guess and say that you
may be using ShiftRelativeTo for the region, but the components in the
region have lost their reference to the parent region. Programmatically set
the region property on the components. In the visual designer, drag the
component around in the region to be sure the region takes parentage over
the component.
