"Controls beyond the new page will be deleted"

Delphi 4/RB 6.01

When I change the orientation of my report I got
a message "Controls beyond the new page will
be deleted". How come it deletes all the controls
including those which are still *within* the page boundary?

    As far as I know that problem has been fixed in RB 6.02
