Is the current page rendered?

Can i know when i open the preview form, when the current page(normaly
first) is rendered and then show the preview form without any RB viewer
flick?

It doesn't flicker on my machine. I think you are seeing the default
behavior of the viewer, when the report is generating the first pass for
Report.PassSetting = psTwoPass. You could create your own form with a
Viewer component on it. Then only make the viewer visible after th first
page has been generated (after the ppViewer1.NextPage method call).
