Win2PDF and Rep.builder printing WMF

Hi,

I am using:
Delphi 5 Enterprise
Rep.Builder 6.03
Apollo 6.0 for data access

Win2Pdf 1.51

Pentium IV - 1.6 Mhz - 512 Mb ram - Win2000 with all packs

I have a report with wmf form as background and a bitmap logo.

Problems
- printing to a Win2PDF driver, only print data an logo, WMF form, didn?t
print.
- same problem occured on Windows 98 printing to an inkjet (HP)

I posted before about this kind of problem and always I heard about driver
problem.

Why BMP logo is printed ok and WMF form not?

I am serious asking you for WMF support on Report Builder.

Does the WMF print from another application to the same printer? RB makes
different API calls to print to the printer, than does M$ Word or Excel.
Therefore, if the printer driver manufacturer fails to fully support all the
valid calls that can be made to the driver, then we have one of our hands
tied behind our back. The driver is at fault, iff you can print from Win2K
to the HP printer, and not from Win98. Each operating system has different
printer drivers for the same printer. The WMF is a different image format
than BMP, and it takes different routines to render them onto a device
context. You can send us the WMF and we can test it here to see if there is
something that we can fix to support printing it for your printer.
