memo content damaged after loadtemplate

I am using dlephi 6.02 and rb 6.03
i have an rtm file that contains several ppmemos, one of these has 11375
chars
when i view the template in design mode in the ide the contents are ok
when i load the template with report.loadtemplate the memo only contains the
first third of the correct content and the rest if full of #0, the size of
the memo
is still correct. this report runs fine with d5 and rb 5.0
if tried loading the 5.0 version and saving under 6.03 but that did not help
any ideas

I set up a report with a TppMemo of the length you described, saved the
report as a template, and loaded it at runtime. The memo printed in it's
entirety. Please send a sample project that reproduces the problem you are
