Can't find a NewPage property anywhere

I am building a Report where the first page is always going to be a full
page, but the Report will also contain other pages of data which will
display more that a single records data and so could change in length. As i
say, i have done the first page, but i can't find any menu option so i can
start designing the Page 2 and so on of the report.

Do i need to just carry on resizing the same detail section ?

You can use the Title page to create the content that will always be on the
first page. You don't have to explicitly design page two for the data. Use
the detail band to design how a single data record will look. The report
will then traverse the data and print the detail band at least once per
record.
