Custom code for displaying Page Setup dialog

I'm sure I'm missing something obvious here, but...

We are using the MergeMenu setting to code our own 'File' submenu for the
ppDesigner's main menu. I have seen code for displaying the Printer Setup
dialog in code, but how can I call the equivalent of the 'Page Setup' dialog
available from the ppDesigner's default 'File' menu option?

The page setup dialog is a TppCustomPageSetupDialog object. See the
TppDesignerWindow.FilePageSetupClick method in the ppDsgner unit for the
code that display the setup dialog.
