Is it possible to open all drill downs with one click when previewing a
report?

I tried setting ExpandAll to True when clicking a region, but this did not
work.

Also is it possible to expand all the drill downs in one single group?

There is no functionality to expand all drill downs for a single group, but
it is a good idea.

You will have to regenerate the page when you set ExpandAll as shown in this
example:
