Duplex Printing

edited July 2002 in General
Hello,

I am using RB version 6.03 Enterprise version and PsRBExport components. I
have a Delphi program which requires one of the reports to print on both
sides. The first side prints out in a landscape orientation and the back
side prints out in a portrait orientation. The orientation for each side is
not the problem. I just create a subreport for each side and set the
orientations correspondingly.

My question is how do I make both sides appear on one sheet of paper. I
have played with the PrinterSetup-Duplex option on the main report tab and
on each of the subreport tabs within this report. I have tried dpVertical,
dpHorizontal but it still prints out on two sheets. The printer it needs to
print on is an IBM Infoprinter Color Model number 1220. I do not have
access for development purpose. I do have access to an HP 5000 with a
duplexing available.

What am I doing wrong? If it works on the HP will it also work on the IBM?
Do I have to turn on and off the duplexing mode in the program, during
runtime? If I do how would I do that within the report?

Thank you,
John Antoniewicz
