What does

Canvas does not allow drawing ERROR mean?

it occurs when the Report fails to generate.

Is it a database connection issue?

    Hi Cherryl,



    Upgrade to 6.03. There was a bug like this in 6.01. Also, if they don't
    have a default printer installed on their machine, they may get this error.
    If they don't have a default printer installed, then you can set
    Report.PrinterSetup.PrinterName to Screen and they won't have to have a
    printer installed.
