Printout never same on different printers
While printing my report on my LaserJet III everything works fine, on my
DeskJet 610C the footer and part of the last detail section doesn't print.
Printing the report at my customers LaserJet V parts of the left side of the
report are missing and so on. Different results on different printers.
Margins differ depending on printer.
Anybody has any ideas how to make the report print in the same way
regardless of printer?
Thanks,
Lars.

this same report will use the same margins for every one printed.
What version of RB is this report running with? In RB 7 it should regenerate
the report correctly when printing to different printers. This was a bug in
RB 6.03 which has been fixed in RB 7.

this?
selecting a different printer to print to. The report will not reposition
the controls in the layout for the best fit given the selected printer.
You'll have to setup the report to print best for each printer. One approach
is to increase the margins to account for the printer with the largest
unprintable area.

Delphi-4?
Lars.
can send a source patch for RB 6.03 for Delphi 4 to fix a report generation
problem, at the time you upgrade.
