I would like know if in Report Builder 7 I need buy the Teechart Pro
or it come together with RB 7 without cost to us ???

You don't, but end users can not edit the chart.

Note, if you haven't seen it there are options of having TChart images in
your reports with out having the component in your reports that may make it
easier. I have posted examples of this in the past.
