center justified memo not staying centered in PDF file

I have a memo that is center justified, when the report is created in PDF,
it isn't center justified anymore. Tried setting the force-justify
property, didn't help. Using Report Builder 5.1.

    Hi Ariel,

    Which third party tool are you using to export to PDF? You may want to
    contact your third party vendor for more information on this problem.
