Weird group header happenings.. Please help!

We are using myDynamicSubReport to create a cover page using the title band.
The title band's visble property is set to false if a cover page is not
requested. If the title band's visible property is set to false, the Title
page ("cover page") is not displaying and this is correct. The problem is
if the title band is not visible, it is also turning off my group header!

Why is this happening? I'm certain this wasn't happening in the previous
version of RB. We just recently upgraded to RB 7.02.

Are you able to recreate this issue using on of our demos? Please create a
simple example that demonstrates the problem and send it to
support@digital-metaphors.com in .zip format and we'll take a look at it for
you.
