Pipeline not appearing in Designer Dropdown ??

I have a report with 5 JIT Pipelines and two of them are not appearing
in the Designer Window...

I have them arranged as follows...

JIT Header (General Report Header info - such as dates)
JIT Details (Detail Band - Lists Directories)
JIT DirPerms (Sub Report - List Permissions for each Directory)
JIT Files (Sub Report - Lists Files in each Directory)
JIT File Perms (Sub Report - Lists Permissions for each File)

The report should look like

Directory1 Detail Band JIT Pipe 2
User1 Permissions Sub Report 1 JIT Pipe 3
User2 Permissions
User3 Permissions
File1 Sub Report 2 JIT Pipe 4
User1 Permissions Sub Report 3 JIT Pipe 5
User2 Permissions
File2
User1 Permissions
etc..

Directory2
etc...

However, when I open up the report in Designer - and I select a field in
any of the sub-reports or the main report - I only see the first 3 JIT
Pipelines... I don't see JIT Pipeline 4 and 5...

Any thoughts as to why?

Ignore - this one - I just realized I had my JIT pipelines set Visible
to False.
