Printer Page size problem
Hi
I have a requirement where I need to print labels of size 4 x 1 inch.
But after printing a page the printer scrolls to the size of a letter page .
Thus I lose couple of blank labels in between.
Can any one help me fix this problem.
I need to print one label at a time . And after porinting one label the
printer should stop at the start of next blank label.
I am using
dotmatrix printer ( IBM PPS II 2391)
Windows XP
Report Builder 6.3
Delphi 6
Thank You
Arun

This sounds like a printer issue. When ReportBuilder makes an API call to
print to the printer, it sends the page bounds and margins set by the user
in the Report Desinger. Regardless the page bounds and margins in
ReportBuilder, if the printer is set up to print one page at a time and the
page size is 8.5 x 11, the entire page will be scrolled. Check your printer
driver software for a possible option to override this setting.

Thanks for reply.
I had this problem fixed now.
Well my report was 4 inch by 1 inch labels.
Initally I had landscape setting for report.
But after changing to portrait every thing worked well.
But I did not understood how come landscape and portrait has to do with this
kind of scrolling.
Thank You
Arun
