Strange Happening
I wrote a detailed sales report as a template. This report is rather
complicated report but I have several calc components connected to table
fields doing both summing and averaging in the summary band. Most of the
components are correct on the values, but some of them are not, yet when I
use a variable component and do a value = value + SumValue on the same
fields the value is correct. Can anyone tell me how this could happen? I
doing the manual summing in another variables OnCalc event in the detail
band. I could see this if the values were off maybe a few dollars, but they
are off by several thousand at times. Any help on this would be greatly
appreciated.

Are you calculating the sum value in the Footer band with a dynamic height
Detail band? If so, this may be a limitation of ReportBuilder. Please send
a small example demonstrating this issue to support@digital-metaphors.com so
