hi ,
we have a lot of custormes use our software, made with delphi 7 and rb7 ent
with a lot of possible output report ( more than 300 ! ) but this terrible
error message appears only in few our customers (about 2/3 ) and in only 2
print (one different for each customer!!! ).
often this error is followed by windows BSOD :-(

we tried to update DirectX , video driver and we do all the "windows update"
but without any result


Those reports have nothing strange ( no subreport, no RAP , only
master-detail like a lot of our other report ) !!


any idea ??

This is not an error that has been reported by any other customers. It is
likely a printer driver or video driver error.

Try downloading tehe latest printer driver from the manufacturer's web site.
