Updating to RB7.03

I purchased RB 6.03 and a few days later 7.0 was released and I got that for
free.
Should I be able to update to 7.03 for free at this point? Or will that be a
paid upgrade.
I email Digital-metaphors a couple of times both at info and support about
this and I got not response. That was a month ago.
