tppdbmemo not stretching

Using RBuild 7.01 pro on D5

I have a tppdbmemo connected to a JITpipeline. I have Stretch=True.
There's a postnet barcode in a region just below this that shifts
relative to the dbmemo (this report is for label printing).

The problem is that the dbmemo does not stretch at all.

I have verified that the stretch property is not being changed. The
only thing I am doing to the dbmemo programmatically is changing the
top, left, and width based on user settings.

Are there any conditions that can cause a tppdbmemo to not stretch?
Any suggestions on where to look?

Hi Gene,

This is not a known issue with ReportBuilder 7. Are you able to recreate
this error by creating a very simple report connected to the DBDEMOS
database with one dbMemo, Region, and barcode? If so, please send this
small example to support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll have a look at it
for you.
