Using 7.03 with D4

Apart from one bit of bother where D4 doesn't have a TdesignWindow
class, I have converted R7.03Ent to D4 with a few judicious $IFDEF
DELPHI4 statements to comment out some code. I just wondered if there
were any gotchas I should be aware of.

We have not tested anything like this here so I am not sure of any major
issues you need to look out for. Perhaps one of our customers who did the
same thing could provide more information.

Please note that ReportBuilder 7.03 was not designed to be used with Delphi
4, nor can we support such a version.
