Printer dialog question/problem

We are having some strange problems with the printer dialog in RB 7. Our
warehouse has multiple printers they have access to. Those printers differ
alot, laser legal, laser letter, labels 4 X5, etc. Sometimes when they use
the print dialog from the preview screen and tab to the printers combo box
and scroll to the one they want with the keyboard down arrow, the job seems
to use the print settings from the printer above the one they select. It
prints to the printer they chose, but it prints as the paper size of the
printer above the one they actually selected. Very strange...

It gets stranger... If they use the mouse to select the printer from the
combo all is well except once or twice aday the print job will continually
spool up to 99% of the job and then start over at 0.... The close and print
buttons are greyed out, so the user is locked up. I have to end task the
application.

are there any known issues with the print dialog? I know a couple years ago
there were some issues with a previous version, but those were cleared up.
We are using RB 7.02 for Delphi 6. Windows 2000 thru citrix.

Rick,

I have never seen these problems before with the print dialog. I will have
to research these problems in more detail and get back to you. While I'm
doing this, try upgrading to ReportBuilder 7.03 and be sure you are using
the latest printer drivers for all the printers on you network.
