Barcode Height

I believe the specification says the barcode height must be the larger of
(.25 inch) or (.15 x width) when using Code 128. When Autosize = true, the
height of the bar code (PrintHumanReadable = false) is about (.25 x width).

Am I wrong about the specification or am I missing something else?
