When you set a report to TwoPass, an initial pass will occur before anything is printed, calculating the object position and pagination. Then as you view and move through the pages of the report (either on screen or by sending them to the printer), this constitutes the "Second Pass". In other words, the last page of the report needs to be printed on screen or to the printer for the OnEndSecondPass event to fire.
