No F1 Support

Hello,
I'm having problems with F1 Support in Delphi 7.1
I did a clean install of D7 and D7.1 update, then installed ReportBuilder
(version 9 for D7).
No F1 support when pressed on a RB component.

The index and the link tab had a bad filepath association, removed them and
added good ones.
No difference.

This is in D7.cnt:

;ReportBuilder
:Include rbuilder.cnt
;OH :Index ReportBuilder=rbuilder.hlp


Is there no F1 on the components?

    Try deleting any ".GID" files you can see in the Delphi Help folder (and
    others where relevant). This causes the OHP to realign itself on the next
    F1 request and you should see the RB help stuff appear as advertised.
    There's an article about this in the Borland Development area somewhere
    (refers to Intraweb help files) but I don't have the link to hand to pass to
    you.
