DeleteComponent event on designer in RB9?

I would like to ask if there is a new event that gets raised when a
component gets deleted from the designer?

Unfortunately, no such event was added for the latest release of
ReportBuilder.

Hi Nico,

This issue was one of the most important things that prevents me from buing
RB, since I cannot let my end users delete controls that I have added. A
search on this issue in the ng shows replies from Digital Metaphors back to
2001 where they replied that this feature will be implemented for the next
update, but unfortonatly this has still not been implemented.

Any chance in implementing this for the next update?

Allowing the developer to "lock" the designer has been on our wish list for
some time now, but unfortunately it did not make the cut this time. Thanks
