PreviewForm appears behind the programm-form

We run the programm on a terminalserver. For multilanguage we use a product called
Multilizer. Multilizer then also translate Strings from the PreviewForm of ReportBuilder.
With Multilizer in combination with terminal-server I get the follow phenomenon:
The preview Form appears behind the (deactivated) ProgrammForm.
Also set the Focus to the PreviewForm in the background don't set the ProgrammForm
behind the PreviewForm.
My Question:
Is there a possibility to say to the PreviewForm that it should change explicit to
the Foreground? Or maybe just in front of the programm form.

This is not a known issue with using RB and a terminal machine. You can
gain access to the preview form by using the TppReport.PreviewForm property.
Perhaps using this property, you can change the focus of that window at
runtime on the fly.
