Problems amd error of alignment on printing subreports

Hi,
I have this strange effect (error) in some reports:

In the detail band there are some detail fields and a subreport;
Ex.
-------------
Header field 1(static)
Header field 2 (static)
---------------(detail band)
field1, field2, field3 (all dynamic)
Subreport (dynamic)
--------------
footer (static)
-----------
summary (static)


During printing, when the detail cannot print a new record on the page, it
print on top next page, after the header, but the detail row (field1,
field2,field3) start print OVER the Header field 2, and not in the detail
start position. This, only if the detail band cannot print a new detail on
previous page; If it start print the detail in the previous page, all work
perfectly.

How I can solve this problem?
