HP 3330 Printer/Fax software
Just curious if there are any known issues with RB 9.05 when printing to the
HP 3330 Printer/Fax software as I have a client that is having problems with
it. The 3330 has a fax/printer driver that allows applications to send
faxes directly to the fax portion of the device as if it were just another
printer.
The client has indicated that our application worked with this printer
driver when it was build with RB 9.01, but stopped working with this driver
when we updated our application to use RB 9.02 with no changes to the
printer or fax driver. The file makes it to the spooler but never seems to
recognize the end of the print job and release it to the fax. The size of
the spooler file for RB 9.01 is 14.6KB vs. 14.2KB for the same report under
RB 9.02 if that makes any difference.
I'm not positive that this is RB, so at this point I'm just inquiring if
there are any known issues or if there were any changes to RB 9.02 that
might be causing this issue.

There are no known issues like this one with RB 9.02. Are you able to test
this error on your machine? If so can you trace into the RB source where
the error occurs?

Unfortunately I'm not as I don't have this particular printer/driver combo
available here. I AM able to print to our 3150 without any problems, so I
would tend to believe that it's something other than our package and/or RB.
I just had to ask to make sure.
