[D6 - RB603] Trouble on XP PRO SP2

edited July 2005 in General
Hi,

On customer desktop, we have curious trouble : in preview mode, there is
exception 'floating point division by zero' with all report. In print mode,
no problem !

The printer is Brother HL5170DN. but We have changed printer (HP LaserJet
4L) : the problem is here ...

It's the first time we have this error ...

An idea ?

    Hi Laurent,

Are you able to recreate this issue on multiple computers? Are you able to
create the error using the trial version of ReportBuilder 9.02 for Delphi 6?
Try setting your library path to \RBuilder\Source\... and have Delphi stop
on exceptions to try to trace into the RB source where the problem is
occuring. If you are unable to do this, try commenting out all your event
code and re-run your report. If this solves the problem, periodically begin
adding the event code back to isolate the problem.

    Hi Nico,

    thank's for the response.

The customer have two computers, with 'normally' same configuration (XP PRO
    SP2).
On other computer, preview works fine.

We think that the 'bad' computer have problem configuration (graphic card,
spool) and we'll try to re-configure the computer.

    Thank's for your help.

Ps : I don't know if we can buy release of RB.

    Cheers,
