Group Footer reprinting problem
recently converted to D9 & RB9
Have found a report that just happens to try and print the Group Footer Band
at the bottom of a page, gets a label but the data aware components go onto
the next page
All is Fine up to here but now the report loses the plot and keeps spooling
the next page wihout bringing in the next lot of data right up to 9000 +
pages - presume this is some kind of a bug
Solved the Issue by seting Keep group together to true

Which version of ReportBuilder 9 are you using (i.e. 9.01, 9.02, 9.03)? Are
you able to recreate this issue with a simple example I can run on my
machine? If so, please send this example in .zip format to
support@digital-metaphors.com and I'll take a look at it for you.

Using Packages -- win 32
unfortunately after slightly changing the Group Footer band I Can not
recreate the problem on the original report ( keep together False , less
than 8 lines,reprint Headers)
but GFB contains (going down) Line1 (Not in Region) and this prints on the
bottom of last good page
a Region (parent width, Reprint on overflow False)
the region contains ( a label,dbLabel , dbCalc(sum) and a line2 )
the line2 may possibly have not been in the region before I edited it (
certainly looked In) and that may be the differece stoping me receating it.
the first bad page printed only the GHB labels then spooled to a new page
and did it again etc.
Other things - Project only converted to D9 recently from D6 RB6
The first acctual editing of this report Visual was in looking at this
problem and once I edited the GFB I Have not Been able to recreate the Issue
hope some of this usefull
In order to track this down I'm going to need a working example. Is is
possible to send me an example I can run on my machine does demonstrate the
issue? If so, please send it and I'll take a look at it.
