Preview freezing when iButton installed

Hi,

Using 7.04 and Delphi 5.

I have a customer who use iButton's as user access control.

When the try to preview a report it says building please wait, but nothing
is shown in reasonable time (5-10 mninutes).

If iButton is uninstalled the report shows without any problems in full speed.

I have another customer with the same setup - no problem on his computer,

Hi Peter,

This is now a known issue and we do not have any experience with the iButton
control. The fact that it is working on another customer's machine leads me
to believe that this may have something to do with the setup or
implimentation of your user's app. Try comparing the two customers' setup
and see if you can find a difference.
