Report Builder Pro Upgrade

Fellow "Report Builder Developers",

I am currently using Delphi version 6 and Report Builder Pro version 9.

Is it possible to upgrade to the latest version of Report Builder Pro
while using version 6 of Delphi?

What advantages would be gained by upgrading (...technical or
otherwise...)?

What would the cost of upgrading be?

I would welcome and appreciate your input.
