Printer Settings Issue with ppArchiveReader
Hello,
I am using Report Builder Professional 9.02 and Delphi 7.
When I print even a simple report with a label "Hello World!", I have the
following problem:
When I preview the report from the ppReport component (using or not a
ppViewer), I am able to change printer settings in run-time,
and change the page layout from Portrait to Landscape. And altough the
report is generated in Portrait, changing the printer settings I am able to
print it in Landscape.
Now, if I save this report to a *.RAF file, and open it using a
ppArchiveReader, any changes I make to printer settings do not work.
I have use the available free trial of Report Builder 10.03 from your
website, and verified that the problem still exists in this new version.
Any suggestions?
Best Regards,
Pedro Bento

You will need to use the OnInitializePrinterSetup event of the archive
reader to adjust the printer settings when printing an archive file. Take a
look at the topic in the RBuilder help for more information.
