Archive reader
Hi,
I added an Archive reader to my form and then a dialog saying "invalid
filename" started popping up repeatedly. I couldn't edit the filename since
the dialog kept popping up.
I then deleted the component from the form and was back to normal.
When I then added the DBArchive reader it threw an exception which ended
with Delphi crashing.
Is this a known bug or is there something that I'm doing wrong?
thanks,
Valdimar

I'm a bit unclear about what is happening. Are you seeing this behavior at
Delphi design-time? Which version of Delphi and ReportBuilder are you
using? This is not a known issue. You may try reinstalling your version of
ReportBuilder and seeing if that helps.

I'm using Delphi 2005 version 9 with update 3 and ReportBuilder version 9.01
I tried reinstalling ReportBuilder but the problem persists.
Everytime I put the TppArchiveReader on the form I get an invalid filename
error.
I can't get to adding a file to the component because this error keeps
popping up as soon as I select the filename property in the Object
inspector.
thanks,
Valdimar
Please update your version of ReportBuilder to 9.03 and see if the problem
still occurs. For update instructions, contact info@digital-metaphors.com
